What this site knows

• The email you order with, what you bought and whether the payment succeeded. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
• The WeChat ID you enter. It is used only to sign the licence bound to that account and is deleted as soon as the licence is signed; the licence itself carries only a salted hash of it.
• The licence issued to you.
• What you write to us through the Support page, and your email.
• Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without tracking you. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.

What this site never sees

Your Moments. Reading, sorting and sending happen between your own Mac and your phone; Fish Tank and Those Moments upload nothing to us. You log in to WeChat inside WeChat's official client; we never touch your password.

Licences

One licence covers one WeChat ID and may be used on any Mac of yours. Licences are not transferable. For refunds and after-sales, write to us through the Support page.
