Download

Read your Moments on the Mac, leaf through them on the phone. Both are needed.

Mac: Fish Tank

What you need

• An Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac running macOS 26 or later. Intel Macs and Windows are not supported yet.
• 40 GB of free space for the first run, at least 10 GB after that. Your book lives in ~/Library/Application Support/Fish Tank; a new version leaves it alone.
• On first launch it downloads WeChat's Linux client from Tencent into the virtual machine; you log in by scanning with your phone.

Installing

Open the DMG, drag Fish Tank into Applications, and launch it. The test build is not yet notarised by Apple: if macOS stops it the first time, allow it under System Settings › Privacy & Security. You can check the download's SHA-256:

shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Fish-Tank-*.dmg

iPhone, iPad and Vision Pro: Those Moments

Search the App Store for 追忆似水年华, or open the App Store page. The app is free; the book comes from your Mac.
